Glass Fusion at CREATED FESTIVAL
Workshops at CREATED Contemporary and Heritage Crafts Festival
A celebration of contemporary and heritage crafts by makers from North Devon and beyond. There will be craft demonstrations, workshops (including this one), and much more. Book festival tickets here - only £5
Get creative and have fun designing and making your own fused glass suncatcher. No experience is necessary. Any age is welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult participant. All glass and equipment are supplied.
You will use pieces of glass and different grades and colours of crushed glass (frit), stringers (glass spaghetti), handmade murrine leaves and flowers, and glass paint.
All pieces will then require kiln firing for several hours in a specialist kiln up to a temperature of around 800°C.

Collection and delivery of fired glass
All your creations will be ready for collection the following week after they have been fired in the kiln, or we can arrange delivery by courier £4.95 - please choose the courier delivery option at checkout. If you attend as a couple or a group, you need only book one delivery if all items are to be sent to one address.

Terms and Conditions
- All workshops require full payment at the time of booking.
- Workshops are not refundable, but if given 4 weeks or longer before the workshop we offer one free date change. Subsequent changes will incur an admin fee of £5.
- If we receive less than 4 weeks’ notice we will have to fill your place before transferring.
- If we are able to fill your place we will issue you with a credit towards a future workshop.
- We reserve the right to cancel workshops, but under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred.
